At RGA Arquitectos, we understand that every project starts from a clear starting point: an initial document that summarizes criteria, aspirations, and decision-making parameters. This document is not a formality; it is the guiding principle that directs both creativity and technique, and to which we can always return when the project faces dilemmas.

Presentación conceptual

Estudio inicial que define la idea rectora, distribución espacial y relación con el contexto.

Anteproyecto Arquitectónico

Desarrollo del concepto en planos preliminares con dimensiones, alturas y relaciones espaciales.

Renders y material gráfico

Visualizaciones fotorrealistas y gráficos que muestran el proyecto en su contexto y materiales.

OPR

Definición de criterios técnicos, materiales y normativos para asegurar viabilidad constructiva.

Proyecto Ejecutivo

Documentación técnica completa para construcción: planos detallados, especificaciones y cómputos métricos.

The project is developed through a clear sequence of stages:

Definition of the Architectural Program

The architectural program is the central tool in our process. We structure three lists that organize the project from its inception.

Budgeting Exercise

With the program defined, we carried out a budget exercise to align expectations. We started from an unshakeable premise: functionality is non-negotiable.

Mood Board and References

They are the client's aesthetic and material references, the firm's criteria and perspectives; it is a visual map of intentions: the atmosphere that will guide design decisions.

Project Kickoff Document

The combination of the program, budget, and mood board becomes a Guiding Document. This document establishes the initial intention of the project and becomes our permanent point of reference.

Development of the Proposal

Guiding Document: This ensures that the work remains faithful to its origins, while adapting to the technical, economic, and aesthetic needs of its evolution.

    Un documento inicial que sintetiza criterios, aspiraciones y parámetros de decisión.
    Ese documento no es un trámite: es el eje rector que guía tanto la creatividad como la técnica, y al que siempre podemos volver cuando el proyecto se enfrenta a disyuntivas.

    El programa arquitectónico es la herramienta central de nuestro proceso.
    A par􀆟r de conversaciones profundas con el cliente, estructuramos tres listas que ordenan el
    proyecto desde su origen

    Con el programa definido, realizamos un ejercicio presupuestal para alinear expectativas.
    Partimos de una premisa inamovible:
    la funcionalidad no se negocia.

    Más que un collage, es un mapa visual de intenciones:
    la atmósfera que guiará las decisiones de diseño.

    Este documento fija la intención inicial del proyecto y se convierte en nuestro punto de referencia
    permanente.
    Es el lugar al que regresamos para mantener coherencia en la toma de decisiones conforme
    avanza el diseño.
