Education and Career History
He holds a degree in architecture from ITESO and an MBA MEDEX from IPADE. His professional training began early: from his sixth semester onwards, he participated in and won private competitions in Guadalajara, which led him to work on real projects long before graduating.

After completing his studies, he founded his own firm, which grew thanks to a combination rarely seen in the industry: discernment, method, and a comprehensive vision of the construction process. He has designed and built more than 140 projects and managed teams of more than 300 people on site, executing up to 15 projects simultaneously and coordinating large-scale real estate developments.
His collaboration with PerSe Capital has shaped several iconic buildings, and his consulting services have enabled organizations with more than 100 employees to reorganize processes, clarify hierarchies, and design meaningful spaces. His architectural vision combines three essential values: technical clarity, economic intelligence, and a deep sensitivity to the inhabitant's experience.
He thinks from a real-life perspective: how a space is used, how a material ages, how a decision affects those who live, invest, or build. Personally, his history has led him to cultivate a quality that is rarely mentioned in architecture: the ability to accompany others in their decision-making processes. That ability—to listen, interpret, clarify—is reflected in the way he works with clients, teams, and complex projects. Rigoberto believes in honest, precise, and lively architecture; in projects that work, that accompany, and that make sense over time. His family is his center, and his craft is the constant search for spaces that improve the lives of those who inhabit them.
Experience / Awards
Since his training, Rigoberto González has shown a clear inclination toward urban architecture and the collective impact of space. His thesis—“Restructuring the center of the Guadalajara metropolitan area using the railway yard as a mobility hub”— received an Honorable Mention and marked the beginning of a lifelong passion: building cities and improving urban planning with intelligence and responsibility.

Entre 2015 y 2017, el despacho obtuvo cuatro reconocimientos nacionales y regionales:

These awards reflected a period of intense conceptual exploration. However, over time, the firm's focus shifted to another type of validation: the real experience of those who inhabit the spaces.
The most valuable recognition came years later, from a client who wrote about his house: “Let me tell you: I have read Díaz Morales' text at ITESO many times, but living in the house, I feel it and understand it internally.”
The text he refers to is one of the most profound reflections on Guadalajara architecture: “Architecture is a work of art that consists of expressive space delimited by constructive elements to compel the perfect human act.” For the firm, the fact that someone feels that phrase in their daily life—not just reads it—has been one of the greatest recognitions we could have.
